Bronze Service
Your company’s MAP policy only as strong as your ability to enforce it. If you can’t monitor your resellers, someone can violate your policy, degrading the name and reputation of your brand.
With our Bronze level service, you let us know what products you want monitored and where they are and we will report to you any price violations that occur.
Unlike other monitoring services, we scan at random times, making it far more difficult for sellers to fly under the radar simply by temporarily setting their prices back to compliance for a few hours a day when most scans take place.
Silver Service
You can’t monitor what you don’t know exists. Most marketplaces allow for sellers to simply change a SKU number and copy existing listings under a “Generic” label at a lower price, but keeping your name and your images and tarnishing your brand in the process!
With our Silver level services, not only do we monitor the pricing on your listings but we regularly scan all resellers to find these ‘hidden listings’. Then we determine what the item is, what the proper MAP price should be, report the listing to you and add it to the monitored list. This protects both you and your resellers from bad actors.
Gold Service
So you have your policy, you know what to do if someone violates it. You have the data, you know who is violating your policy, when, for how long, and by how much. But who actually administers the policy?
By having an ‘uninterested 3rd party’ administer the suspensions and terminations of seller accounts, you completely avoid the overhead and the inner-office drama.
Let us do your ‘dirty work’. We’ll find them, we’ll hold them to your policy without playing favorites. When a reseller persists in violating your MAP policy, we will let you know so you can remove their access until the suspension period has ended. We will provide you with all of the details with full transparency.
